How fast do orders ship?
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours Monday through Friday. Weekend orders ship the following Monday. Any exceptions (like pre-orders) are listed on the product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Affirm, and Venmo. Orders above $500 use PayPal or Shop Pay for fraud protection; matching billing and shipping addresses help orders clear fastest.

Are your sneakers authentic?
Yes — every pair is inspected by our in-house team before shipping. If you ever receive a pair you have concerns about, reach out and we'll refund or replace it.
Do you accept returns?

How does sizing work between men's and women's?
For most sneakers, women's sizes run about 1.5 bigger than men's. A men's 9 is roughly a women's 10.5. Check the brand-specific size guide on each product page for exact conversions.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Carriers sometimes delay scans for 24–48 hours after pickup. If tracking hasn't moved in 3+ business days, contact us with your order number and we'll file an investigation.
